I have been an entrepreneur since I was 12. It began with a lawn mower that I pushed around the neighborhood. I saved my cash until I could buy my first car. That gave me the ability to start my second venture, at home tutoring. After school, and baseball practice, I would travel to my peers homes. With great pride, I helped them with their math and science until 10 pm some nights. Teaching became my passion and still is. I naturally entered education where I taught high school math at Leto High School and GED classes at a Marion Technical College.
Real estate has given me the ability to tap into that passion of teaching, while providing high quality service to my client's and agents . Now I am dedicated to helping agents and clients, understand the real estate market, while providing the best life possible for my family.

Tyler Carpenter began Carpenter Realty Group after realizing that the traditional model of real estate brokerages was not for everyone.
Generally, a real estate professional was a 'local expert' in the small area they lived. Tyler knew that technology and his work ethic enabled him to provide a high level of service to anyone in the state. Being from Ocala, and living in Tampa after going to USF, Tyler was doing business in multiple markets from the beginning of his real estate career.
He quickly found that he had all the tools to help buyers and sellers, anywhere in the state. Armed with the knowledge and experience gained in doing over 50 transactions, in 16 different cities he knew he was ready to go out on his own. As the world was shut down, he went on to found Carpenter Realty Group in March of 2020.
Quickly, Toni Carpenter, Tyler's mom, was hired as the company's first agent. Together they began expanding the reach of the company, serving clients in Lakeland, Orlando, and Gainesville, as well and Tampa, St. Pete and Ocala.
Toni consistently went above and beyond for her clients. It wasn't unheard of that she would show up to help a client clean or lay mulch and pick weeds to prepare for photos of a new listing.
Unfortunately, Toni passed away in November of 2020. While the months that followed were a dark time for the company, Tyler made the decision to move forward in her honor.
Now, Carpenter Realty Group focuses on hiring agents who posses the same level of dedication and service to their clients.
This past year, the company created an annual award devoted to honor Toni and celebrate the agent who most resembled the qualities she helped instill in the company's early days. Amanda Alvarez was awarded the 1st Toni Carpenter - Agent of the Year Award as she has shown the same characteristics that the company was founded upon.
To this day, Carpenter Realty Group continues to expand the areas they serve and works to train agents, who embrace the qualities on which the company was founded.
